SINCE WE ARE A VOLUNTARY HOA, DO WE HAVE BYLAWS AND COVENANTS?
Yes, COHAD has both bylaws and covenants in place to keep our neighborhood beautiful. These documents can be found by accessing the link on the Residents page.
WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I SPOT A BURNED OUT STREET LIGHT?
First call CoServe Electric at 940-321-7800 to report the problem and location. Then contact COHAD at board@cohad.org
HOW MUCH ARE DUES AND HOW DO I PAY THEM?
Dues are currently $225 annually. They can be paid via check made out to COHAD, cash, or via PayPal by clicking the PayPal icon at the bottom of the Residents page.
