Canyon Oaks is an unincorporated area of Denton County with a voluntary Homeowner's Association. Our community strives to keep Canyon Oaks an upscale traditional, yet unique neighborhood.

We’re responsible for consistently maintaining a high standard of living within our community. We have tons of community events and activities planned throughout the year and hope you will join one of the many social clubs and committees our neighborhood has to offer. COHAD is also responsible for maintaining the common areas in the neighborhood and ensuring our community remains top notch.
